Create your Adology account.
Sign up at dash.adologyai.com using invite code EXPLORE2026. Onboarding takes about two minutes — connect a brand, pick competitors, and Adology starts learning your category.

02 · Download
Grab the plugin .zip.
39 KB. No install wizard, no permissions to grant. Save the .zip somewhere you can find it again — Downloads is fine. You'll upload it to Claude in step 3.

03 · Install
Add the plugin in Claude.ai.
Open Claude.ai (web or desktop). Click your name → Customize → Plugins → Add. Upload the .zip you just downloaded. Claude registers it instantly — no restart needed.
04 · Connect
Authorize your workspace.
Open the Connectors panel in the Claude sidebar. Find Adology, click Connect, and authorize with the account from step 1. Now ask Claude anything about your category — it will pull from your Adology workspace automatically.

Troubleshooting
Stuck somewhere? Most installs hit one of these.
"I don't see a Plugins option in Customize."
Plugins are available on Claude Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Free plans don't see Plugins. Upgrade your Claude account, refresh, then try Customize → Plugins again.
"Adology isn't in the Connectors list."
After uploading the .zip, give Claude 20–30 seconds to register it, then refresh the Connectors panel. If it still doesn't appear, re-upload the .zip — the file may have been corrupted in download.
"Authorization fails when I click Connect."
Make sure you're signed into your Adology account in another tab first (dash.adologyai.com). The Connect flow needs an active session to issue the token. Then try Connect again.
"Connected but /adology commands aren't responding."
Open a brand-new chat (not a continuing conversation) — Claude only loads the plugin at chat start. Try /adology help to confirm it's reachable. Still stuck? Email james@adologyai.com.
"How do I update or uninstall?"
Customize → Plugins → Adology → Remove. Re-download the latest .zip from this page, then upload again to update. We push new skills weekly during the Explorer Program.
"Is my Adology data going through Anthropic?"
No. Claude calls the Adology API directly from your authorized session. Anthropic doesn't see your dashboards, items, or tokens. The plugin is just a registered tool definition.
